Esona is provided by Ytinu OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17332433). By creating an account or using Esona you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Use a real email address and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

Please don't use Esona to break the law, to save or share content you have no right to, to harass anyone, or to try to break, overload or get around the service and its limits.

You keep all rights to your notes, uploads and finished videos. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can run your vault. Links you save still belong to whoever made that content.

If you turn on AI organising, titles, summaries, topics, collections and scripts are written by AI. They can be inaccurate or incomplete, so check anything important before you rely on it or post it.

The free plan includes a monthly number of saves shown in the app, and inviting friends can add bonus saves once each friend saves their first link. Each account can start one free 14-day Pro trial with no card. When the trial ends you go back to the free plan and keep everything you saved.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and we'll tell you why when we can.

We're always improving Esona, so features may change. We'll let you know about important changes to these terms before they apply. We work hard to keep Esona running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

Esona is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost content, profits or opportunities, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Esona in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you live in the EU or another country with consumer protection laws, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there.
