Privacy Policy

Esona is run by Ytinu OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (registry code 17332433) ("we", "us"). We're responsible for the personal data described here.

• Your account: your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares with us.
• What you save: the links you save and any notes you add.
• What Esona makes from them: titles, summaries, topics, collections, post ideas and scripts, plus any videos and audio you upload to build a chapter and the finished videos.
• Account details: your plan, save allowance, free trial, invite code and friends you invited, and your AI organising choice.
• Diagnostics: basic error reports (what went wrong and on which page) so we can fix bugs.

We don't collect your contacts, location or anything from other apps.

Only to run your vault: to sign you in, store and organise your saves, let you search them, apply your plan's limits, and keep the service working and secure.

• Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) stores your account, saves and files and handles sign-in.
• Lovable, on Cloudflare's network, hosts the website and app and receives error reports.
• OpenAI, through the Lovable AI gateway, reads each link, its preview image and your note to write the title, summary, topics, collections and scripts. This only happens if you turn on AI organising, and you can turn it off any time in Settings.
• Google, if you choose "Continue with Google".
• To get a link's title and preview image, our server asks the site the link comes from (for example TikTok's or YouTube's public preview service) for it.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us.

We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

We keep your saves and account until you delete them or delete your account. When you delete something it's removed straight away, and any copies in our backups are cleared after a short period.

Go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your saves, collections, scripts, videos, invites and your sign-in. You can also delete single saves at any time.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we'll help.
